• Continue to engage and support young people through education, and create opportunities for them to transition into employment or further studies.
• Provide free or cost-effective meals to those who are struggling financially, homeless, or at risk of homelessness.
• Address the waste that hospitality produces and actively work towards a close-loop system using our own kitchen garden, and returning any scraps for compost.
• Encourage the use of re-usable cups and containers.
